I have an intense fear of failure–perfect for being a writer.
As indicated elsewhere, my name is Zarah (forever introducing myself in person as “like Sarah, but with a Z.”) I’m a young writer, trying to get my foot into the literary world. It’s all about rejections, but when you work hard and you finally get that one thing published it’s that much more rewarding.
I write fiction, non-fiction, and dabble in poetry.
On The Memoir of a Writer, I tell of my adventures in the writing world, lessons I’ve learned, practice my prose, and throw in a few creative works.
In real life I write for a local newspaper.
