“For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much—the wheel, New York, wars and so on—whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man—for precisely the same reasons.”
― Douglas Adams, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy

I love Douglas Adams’ sense of humor. Also the audio book is really something. Are you reading this series at the moment?

That’s a great quote. I love Douglas Adams. My mom says my writing reminds her of him. I remember when I first read Hitchhiker’s Guide thinking that a lot of the jokes sounded like something I would write and wishing I thought of it first.

That’s awesome. It’s kind of the opposite for me. I only wish I could write good jokes 😂
